With nearly a decade of experience in the charity and human rights sectors, Aleksandr brings a wealth of expertise in organizational development, fundraising, crowdfunding, communications, strategy, and advocacy. Starting his career as a social worker in 2016, Aleksandr has since held leadership roles in NGOs, including serving as Executive Director of a country-wide organization. Aleksandr’s background spans public relations, fundraising, project management, and international advocacy, with a focus on supporting marginalized communities such as social orphans, people living with HIV, those experiencing homelessness, and LGBTQ+ individuals. He has collaborated extensively with UN bodies, EU and US institutions, and has a strong track record in building partnerships, securing funding, and leading successful campaigns.
